JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for running delivery projects to key clients globally. The key goals will be to manage and meet customers’ expectations, create great business value through the projects and building long term customer relations. Successful projects will require a close collaboration across our delivery teams in Norway. Slovakia and UK, merging technologies, software and 3rd party deliveries to a customized solution according to specifications. The project management team is organized under the Operations department, and the position will be reporting directly to the COO.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professional management of international delivery projects
- Close collaboration with Product, Technology, Sales and Operations team to organize the project deliveries
- Stakeholder management, internally and externally
- Reporting of progress, project costs, invoicing according to established procedures
- Management of changes, variations and up-sales opportunities in the project
- Quality assurance and HSE compliance in the project deliveries
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree (technical and /or commercial).
- 5+ years of project management experience (commercial projects).
- International business experience.
- Experience from managing development / commercialization of companies.
- Experience from Oil & Gas or Maritim or Renewable
- Experience from IT / Software deliveries is an advantage
- Commercial mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to organize teams/work streams
- Experience from negotiations and establishment of contracts with customers and partners.
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a requirement, preferably combined with mastering Scandinavian languages.
- Having a customer oriented mindset and being highly self – motivated, setting high goals and standards for the deliveries.
